At this moment the U.S. currency is strong! is this going to last for the Pres. Trump's regime?

I usually exchange US dollar to peso here in the Philippines and i noticed that an increase for the dollar value against peso started during Pres. Trump's victory, for me this is good! And also for the possible investors of property from the west!  it's very easy for them to acquire property here in the Philippines!
