There are a few ways you can definitely improve. First of all you have no exclusive listings. You are only selling developments along with many others.
Add exclusive listings and write listings that stand out! A good description, goes a long way. So does having sharp looking images.
Next improve your service areas. Your profile says the general area, but you don't have any specific areas like Cebu City, Mandaue etc. More service areas means more areas your profile will show.
Next get reviews! You have no reviews from anyone on LS. The more reviews you have the more serious our buyers will take you.
Next keep talking on this site as you are now! The more you post the greater value and ranking your profile will become, it also showes buyers you know what you're talking about which is very helpful.
Finally if it interests you- add LS credits to your account or become an LS Pro member. This will add you higher in search results when buyers are looking for agents.
